I’m Christina Kaplan, licensed professional counselor with over 25 years of experience. I blend CBT, mindfulness, and, when you want it, a faith-centered approach—all designed around the real-life challenges you face as a young woman today.

Telehealth
I am conducting virtual therapy sessions only. I serve the entire state of New Jersey, but I primarily focus on the Sewell area. 

Insurance

I am an Out-of-Network provider. This means that you will pay me directly at the time of service for your treatment. I will provide you with an invoice you will submit to your insurance company. Then they will directly send you a reimbursement for your out-of-pocket cost.

 

Insurance plans vary. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to see what your mental and behavioral health benefits are. You can find your insurance company's contact information on the back of your insurance card.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept Zelle.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend your session, please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointed time. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
